Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

2. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you need to cancel before dispatch, contact us immediately at info@bonmoon.store with:

  • Order number

  • Your name and email used at checkout

If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel and refund the payment. If it has already shipped, please follow the return process in Section 4.

3. Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumers)

If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods (the “cooling-off period”), subject to any lawful exceptions.

To cancel, email info@bonmoon.store stating:

  • Your order number

  • The items you wish to cancel

  • The date you received the goods (if already delivered)

You must take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. You may need to return the goods promptly after cancellation. We may withhold a refund until we receive the goods back (or you provide evidence of return), as permitted by law.

4. Returns (Change of Mind)

4.1 Return authorisation required

Returns must be authorised in advance. Do not send items to the registered office address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
To request a return, email info@bonmoon.store with:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) to return

  • Reason for return (optional but helpful)

We will provide return instructions, including the return address and any required reference/RMA details.

4.2 Condition of returned items

Unless the return relates to a fault or misdescription:

  • Items should be returned in original condition with all included components (caps, packaging, manuals, accessories included in the listing).

  • Returned items must match the original shipped product, including any recorded identifiers (e.g., serial number).

  • We may inspect items on return.

4.3 Deductions for diminished value

If you handle the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may reduce your refund to reflect any diminished value, as permitted by law.

5. Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are typically processed to the original payment method.

  • Processing times vary depending on the payment provider and bank.

Shipping charges (if any) and return shipping costs are handled according to the reason for return and applicable law.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change-of-mind returns: you may be responsible for return shipping costs unless we state otherwise.

  • Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: we will work with you to resolve the issue and may cover reasonable return shipping costs where appropriate.

7. Faulty, Damaged, or Not as Described

If your item is faulty, arrives damaged, or is not as described, contact us at info@bonmoon.store as soon as possible and include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or video evidence where relevant (including packaging if damaged in transit)

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in line with applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.
Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by this policy.

8. Anti-Fraud and Return Integrity (High-Value Items)

For high-value camera bodies and lenses, we may record product identifiers (such as serial numbers) prior to dispatch. Returns are subject to verification. If we detect tampering, component swapping, or mismatch of identifiers, we may refuse the return and/or take appropriate action, subject to applicable law.

9. Exchanges

If you would like an exchange, please contact info@bonmoon.store. Availability and pricing differences may apply. In many cases, an exchange is processed as a return plus a new order.
