4. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the Website, including attempting to interfere with security, scrape content unlawfully, or use the Website for fraudulent purposes. We may suspend access where misuse is suspected.

5. Product Information and Accuracy

We aim to display accurate descriptions and images, but:

  • Photos may differ from actual colour/appearance due to lighting and display settings.

  • Compatibility (mounts, firmware, adapters, and third-party accessories) can vary; you are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase.

If a listing contains a clear error (e.g., pricing or specification), we may correct it and cancel/adjust the Order as permitted by law.

6. Pricing and Taxes

Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout. Where applicable:

  • UK orders may include applicable taxes as presented at checkout.

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs fees, and carrier handling charges imposed by the destination country. These are typically the Customer’s responsibility unless the checkout explicitly states otherwise.

7. Orders and Contract Formation

  • Placing an Order constitutes an offer to buy.

  • A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your Order (for example, by sending an order confirmation indicating acceptance and/or dispatch confirmation).

  • We may decline or cancel Orders for reasons including suspected fraud, stock unavailability, pricing errors, or compliance concerns. If cancelled, we will refund amounts paid in accordance with our Returns/Refunds policy.

8. Payments and Fraud Prevention

Payments are handled via third-party payment providers. We may:

  • Carry out reasonable fraud checks

  • Request additional verification (e.g., identity or address confirmation)

  • Cancel Orders where verification fails or risk indicators are present

Refunds, where due, are typically returned to the original payment method.

9. Delivery and Risk

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the address provided (or upon confirmed collection), subject to your statutory rights.

10. Serial Numbers, Anti-Tampering, and Returns Integrity

To protect customers and prevent fraud:

  • We may record product identifiers such as serial numbers before dispatch.

  • Returned items must match the original item shipped (including identifiers) and be returned with all included components.

  • If an item is returned with evidence of tampering, component swapping, or mismatch, we may refuse the return and/or report the matter as appropriate, subject to applicable law.

11. Warranty, Faults, and Statutory Rights

Your legal rights under UK consumer law are not affected by these Terms. Where Products are faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to remedies under applicable law. Specific processes are described in our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
